By making the deposit, the client has 24 hours to cancel the contract from the date of the deposit, otherwise, you agree to all the bellow
1. Booking and Payment
- $500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure our services.
- Full payment must be completed at least 7 days before the event.
- If payment is not received on time, the booking may be canceled without a deposit refund.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
- If the client cancels more than 30 days before the event, 50% of the payment (excluding the deposit) will be refunded.
- If the cancellation occurs within 30 days of the event, no refunds will be issued.
- If we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, emergency), we will offer a full refund or an alternative solution.
3. Delivery Time
- The final video will be delivered within 4 to 8 weeks.
- Additional edits after delivery may incur extra charges.
4. Usage Rights
- We reserve the right to use portions of the video for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the event.
- The client receives a license for personal use only and cannot sell or modify the video without our permission.
- TRAVEL EXPENSES: All travel expenses are based on the distance between the EVENT location(s) and the VIDEOGRAPHER studio address. For all EVENT(S), the first 35 miles roundtrip of travel are included. All miles in excess of 60 miles roundtrip.
5. Event Conditions
- The client is responsible for informing us of any location restrictions (drone usage, lighting, permits, etc.).
- We are not responsible for external factors such as weather, lighting issues, or venue restrictions.
- EVENT SCHEDULE: The client agrees to confirm the schedule week prior to the EVENT(S). Notification of any changes in schedule or location must be made in a timely manner and confirmation of receipt must be obtained from the Videographer by the CLIENT.
6. Service Modifications
- Any changes to the schedule must be communicated at least 72 hours in advance.
- Additional services (extra hours, additional recordings) will incur extra charges.
- VENUE AND LOCATION LIMITATIONS: The Videographer is limited by the rules and guidelines of the location(s) and site management. The CLIENT agrees to accept the technical results of their imposition on the Videographer. Negotiation with the officials for moderation of guidelines is the CLIENT’s responsibility; the Videographer will offer technical recommendations only.
- PERMITS: The CLIENT is responsible for acquiring all permits and necessary permission for all locations on which the Videographers will be performing services.
